Privacy Policy
Effective October 21, 2026
This policy covers Athlete accounts on the Stacking Days LLC website and web app.
1. Information we collect and use
- Account and profile: names, Public Screen Name, email, date of birth, general location (city, state, country, zip code), selected Trainer, and privacy settings.
- Activity and support: workouts, progress, rankings, and groups.
- Billing and technical data: subscription and payment records, limited card details returned by Stripe, IP addresses, browser/device information, and security or session records. Stripe collects full payment-card details; we do not store them.
Information comes from you, the parent or account holder registering an Athlete, use of the service, and our service providers. We use it to operate and secure accounts, provide workouts and community features, process subscriptions, enforce usage rules, and maintain recovery backups.
Essential cookies and browser storage support sign-in, settings, and payments. We do not sell personal information or use targeted advertising. We do not change these essential operations in response to “Do Not Track” browser signals.
3. Retention and your requests
Account and activity records are kept for service, security, billing, and legal needs. Canceling a subscription does not delete them. We do not currently apply one automatic deletion schedule to all records. Encrypted backups retain earlier copies separately, and Trainer history may retain earlier Athlete associations.
You can edit supported profile and privacy settings in your account. For all requests, email stackingdaysllc@gmail.com.
4. Children and parents
A parent or guardian must manage an account for an Athlete under 13. The signup agreement does not verify parental consent.
5. Operator and updates
Stacking Days LLC is responsible for these privacy practices. We will update the effective date and announce material changes by email or an in-app notice, obtaining separate consent where required. Your earlier agreement does not authorize new uses that require that consent.
